REVISED FEE SCHEDULE
(May 12, 2011)
Building Permits for new single family and 2 family residences:
One (1) square foot up to 1,000 square feet - $800.00
For each 500 square feet or fraction thereof - $250.00
Building Permits for any changes, alterations or additions to such existing residences (on the basis of estimated construction costs).

|$1,000 - $15,000||$35.00 plus $30 for each $1,000 estimated construction over $1,000|
|$15,001 - $200,000||$455.00 plus $5.00 for each $1,000 estimated
construction over $15,001
|$200,001 or more||$1,380.00 plus $4.00 for each $1,000 estimated
construction over $200,001.
Building Permits for new construction, changes, alterations or additions to residences for 3 or more families and for Building Permits for new non-residential and business construction:
$500 plus $.45 per square foot or fraction thereof
Note: all square footage computations based on exterior dimensions of all floors of living
area, office space, etc., including basement, undergoing alterations or additions.
Building Permits for the installation of cell towers, antenna or other non-residential structure without square footage.
$1.00 - $1,000 - $100.00
$1,001 to $15,000 - $150 plus $10 for each $1,000 estimated cost over $1,001.
$15,001 - $200,000 - $290 plus $10 for each $1,000 estimated cost over $15,001.
$200,001 or more - $2,140 plus $7 for each $1,000 estimated cost over $200,001.
$30.00 per $1,000 estimated cost of demolition.
Certificate of Occupancy:
Residential Use - $50 per unit
Commercial, business, industrial and institutional: $150 per occupancy
$100.00 To erect a sign
$25.00 per face up to 25 square feet
$50.00 per face over 25 square feet
Siding, Roofing & Window Permits:
Permit fees for the installation of siding and all windows on structures shall be on the basis of the set Building Permit fee for the type of use of said structures. The applicant must provide a copy of the contract between homeowner and contractor at the time a Building Permit applied for.
Master Plumber Registration & Re-registration:
Journeyman Plumber Registration & Re-registration:
$100.00 new building with 1-5 fixtures. $30.00 each additional fixture
$30.00 for alterations, additions and/or replacement fixtures
2011 Sewer Connection Fee: $4,740.00 Note: Fee adjusts annually; Call for new amount each January
Pool Pumping Permit Fee: $10.00 for every 5,000 gallons pumped or part thereof, with a maximum of $50.00
Sanitary Sewer Inspection Fee: $50.00 per hour or fraction thereof.
Zoning Hearing Board Applications:
Residential - $500.00
Non-residential - $1,200.00
A continuance fee equal to 50% of the value of the application fee will be charged for each continuance that is requested by the applicant
If expenses exceed filing fee, applicant shall be billed and liable for any additional expenses.
Zoning District Change: $2,000
Said fee covers the application fee of $800. Non-refundable and any additional expenses incurred. If expenses exceed filing fee, applicant shall be billed and liable for any additional expenses. If expenses are less that filing fee, applicant shall receive a refund less the application fee.
ZONING CERTIFICATION FEES:
Residential - $60.00
Nonresidential - $120.00
It is strongly encouraged that all owners of real property apply for the statement of certification upon listing their property for sale. Please allow two weeks for the zoning certification to be delivered.
