Township Manager’s Report – discuss operational issues as outlined in the Monthly Report
December Bill Listing – review and approve the monthly bill listing and check reconciliation of the previous month
2018 Budget Hearing – conduct a budget hearing and discuss the 2018 preliminary budget
Office of the Township Engineer – entertain a request to increase the fees for engineering services
2018 Agency Meeting Schedule – review the draft 2018 meeting schedule and consider any changes, authorize advertisement of the schedule
2018 Organizational Meeting – announce the 2018 organizational meeting of the Board of Commissioners on January 2, 2018 at 7:00 PM
Resolution No. 1440 – a resolution authorizing the disposition of Township records in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipal Records Act
Municipal Campus Open House – announce open house at the new municipal campus – Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Pennsylvania Avenue Bridge Replacement – entertain a presentation from Plenary Walsh Keystone Partners, the PennDOT contractor replacing the bridge over the Sandy Run Creek.
Resolution No. 1441 – a resolution accepting deeds of dedication for public use the ultimate right of way of Oreland Mill Road and Hawkswell Circle, Springfield Manor Development
Resolution No. 1442 – a resolution prohibiting a category 4,”mimi-casino” within Springfield Township, discuss action by Montgomery County Board of Commissioners prohibiting mini-casinos within the County
Zoning Hearing Board – announce the agenda of any special or regular meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board
Recycling Report – review the monthly recycling activities
Ambulance Association Relief Association – consider a request by Springfield Ambulance Association for the Township to contribute to their relief association for 2017
Stop Signs – review a request to install stop signs on the minor/side streets within the Summit Valley neighborhood
Arlingham and Sunnybrook Roads Intersection – continue discussions on options for reconfiguration of the intersection
