Township Manager’s Report – discuss operational issues as outlined in the Monthly Report.
February Bill Listing – review and approve the monthly bills and check reconciliation of the previous month
Zoning Hearing Board Agenda – announce the agenda of any special or regular meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board
Zoning Hearing Board Solicitor – announce the appointment of the Solicitor made by the Zoning Hearing Board
Polling Place 2-1 – discuss relocating the polling place for 2-1 to the Springfield Library Building
Arlingham and Sunnybrook Roads Intersection – review construction plans and cost estimate, consider authorizing project
Traffic Management Study Ordinance – review 2nd draft of ordinance establishing the requirements for the conduct of a study and scope of a study
Sign Ordinance - review a draft amendment to clarify the number of sign faces and sign arrangement for off-premise advertising signs
Traditions of Springfield, 400 Haws Lane – meet with the equitable owner of the property interested in developing an age-restricted living facility
Recycling Report – review the monthly recycling activities
Oreland-Wyndmoor Little League – consider site improvements offered by the League at both Marlow Field and Veterans Park
Fundraiser – Recreation Center – entertain a request to conduct a fundraiser at the rec center
Wyndmoor Hose Company Carnival – consider a request for permission to utilize Veterans Park for a carnival and to conduct a fireworks display
Crosswalks on Bruce Road at train station – review a request to install a crosswalk across Bruce Road and consider recommendations from the Police Department
Stop Sign on E. Mill Road at Highland Avenue – review a request to establish a multi-way stop intersection and consider recommendations from the Police Department
Library Shelving – authorizing the sale of the old library shelving at the temporary library via an on-line auction; in lieu of sale, authorize sale of the shelves for salvage.
