A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING PETITIONS
ON MONDAY, MARCH 27, 2017 AT 7:00 P.M. AT

1901 PAPER MILL RD., ORELAND, PA:
Francis Doyle, 1508 Allen Rd., Oreland, PA 19075, T.M.P. # 520000130007 are seeking a variances from sec. 114-54.B(1) to reduce the side yard from 12’ to 11.43’, and to reduce the aggregate side yard setback from 35’ to 21.33’ in order to construct an additional to his home in the “A” residence district.
John L. Harris, 700 E. Willow Grove Ave., Wyndmoor, PA 19038, T.M.P. # 520018550001, is requesting special exceptions from sec. 114-64.B to reduce the side yard setback from 10’ to 6’ and sec. 114-64.A(2) to reduce the front yard setback from 30’ to 15’ in order to construct a 1-story addition to his dwelling located in the B residence district.
KB Platinum Assoc., LLC, 713 Bethlehem Pk., Erdenheim, PA 19038 is requesting a variance from sec. 114-144.C(1) to install 4 additional, secondary facial signs, and a variance from sec. 114-144.C(2) to increase the size of 2 secondary facial signs from 20 sq. ft. to 29.4 sq. ft. at the CVS Pharmacy, 920 Bethlehem Pk., Erdenheim, PA 19038, T.M.P. # 520001765001. This property is located in the Business-1 district.
Wyndmoor Properties, LLC, 8218 Ardmore Ave., Wyndmoor, PA 19038 is petitioning for the following zoning relief for properties at 901, 901B, 903, 907 & 919 E. Willow Grove Ave., Wyndmoor, PA 19038, T.M.P. # 5200184-24001, -30004, -33001, -36007, -39004 :
Sec. 114-71.D to allow multiple dwelling use within a mixed use building.
Sec. 114-71.D(2)(c) to reduce minimum lot area per dwelling from 5,000 sq. ft. to 4,521.5 sq. ft. for a multiple dwelling.
Sec. 114-71.D(2)(c) to increase maximum building coverage of a 3-story building from 17% to 22.2% of lot area.
Sec. 114-134.F to reduce perimeter parking lot buffers from 10’ to 1’ and to reduce internal landscaping area from 3,000 sq. ft. to 2,177 sq. ft.
Sec. 114-94.A(1) to reduce front yard setback from 20’ to 15.5’.
Sec. 114-134.A to reduce required off-street parking from 141 spaces to 60 spaces.
The above noted relief will make it possible to construct a 29,868 sq. ft., 3-story mixed-use building and renovate an existing 1,325 sq. ft., 1-story building. All properties are located in the Business-1 district.
