ON MONDAY, APRIL 24, 2017 AT 7:00 P.M. AT
SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP MIDDLE SCHOOL
1901 PAPER MILL RD., ORELAND, PA:
- KB Platinum Assoc., LLC, 713 Bethlehem Pk., Erdenheim, PA 19038 is petitioning for a variance from sec. 114-144.C(1) to install 2 additional, secondary facial signs at the CVS Pharmacy, 920 Bethlehem Pk., Erdenheim, PA 19038, T.M.P. # 520001765001, located in the Business-1 district.
- Martin Saints Classical High School, 216 Barrett Rd., Willow Grove, PA 19090 is requesting variances from sec. 114-91 to allow a secondary school use, and sec. 114-134.B to reduce required off-street parking for all uses on the property from 761 to 170. This zoning relief will make it possible to operate a high school at Holy Martyrs Catholic Church, 121 Allison Rd., Oreland, PA 19075, T.M.P. # 520000166007, in addition to present uses, on this property located in the Business-1 district.
- Lorenz Properties, LLC, 175 Roberts Rd., Glenside, PA 19038 is seeking a special exception from sec. 114-81.A to allow a multiple dwelling use, and a variance from sec. 114-71.D(1) to reduce minimum lot area per family for a multiple dwelling from 5,000 sq. ft. to 3,550 sq. ft. for the property at 400 Bethlehem Pike, Erdenheim, PA 19038, T.M.P. #520001684001. This zoning relief will allow the re-development of this property located in the D Residence district from 2 apartments with a single 2,440 sq. ft. office into 4 apartments with a single 290 sq. ft. office.
