Township Manager’s Report – discuss operational issues as outlined in the Monthly Report
September Bill Listing – review and approve the monthly bill listing and check reconciliation of the previous month
Resolution No. 1434 – 2018 pension fund Minimum Municipal Obligations – review and adopt 2018 pension fund MMOs
Township Auditor – consider the authorization to engage Bee Bergvall and Co. to audit the 2017 Township Financial Statements
Local Services Tax – discuss whether to consider enacting the tax as a part of the 2018 Budget
2018 Budget Schedule - announce the tentative meeting schedule through the adoption of the 2018 budget
Resolution No. 1435 – a resolution requesting PennDOT to approve the installation of “Man/Hand” signal heads at the traffic signal on Bethlehem Pike at Montgomery Avenue
Resolution No. 1436 – a resolution requesting PennDOT to approve the removal of existing crosswalks on the southeasterly corners of Stenton Avenue and West Wissahickon Avenue
Sale of Used Equipment – authorize the sale of specified vehicles/equipment either at public auction or by sealed bids
Land Development – Wyndmoor Properties LLC, 901 – 919 E. Willow Grove Avenue – proposed mixed-use redevelopment – decision
Land Development – Springfield Township High School, 1801 Paper Mill Road – main campus renovations – review period extension
Land Development – Springfield Township Early Learning Center, 300 Montgomery Avenue – new school building for kindergarten through 2nd grade – review period extension
Zoning Hearing Board Agenda – announce the agenda of any special or regular meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board
Recycling Report – review the monthly recycling activities
Bid – Paper Mill Run Riparian Corridor – landscaping along the Paper Mill Run, Cisco Park – review bids received and consider awarding a contract
Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Program – accept comments on the program documents as they relate to the Manor Run.
Tax Credit Incentive Program – “active” volunteer firefighters and EMS personnel, review draft ordinance and program guidelines
Springfield Ambulance Association – continue discussions regarding financial condition and staffing.
