Tank Car Corporation Property – consider addendum to contract with BL Companies, environmental consultant, for services to be rendered
601 Paper Mill Road – a request to waive the requirement to replace curb and sidewalk in conjunction with the sale of the property
Land Development – Springfield High School, 1801 Paper Mill Road – site and building improvements – consider plan approval
Land Development – Springfield Early Learning Center, 300 Montgomery Avenue – new building proposal – consider plan approval
Land Development – Wissahickon Orthopedic Specialists, 5 W. Wissahickon Ave. – consider a request for a waiver to the land development review process, raze rear porch and replace with parking – consider waiver
Recycling Report – review the monthly recycling activities
Delaware River Keepers Network – receive a short presentation on “green” stormwater infrastructure
E. Mill Road at Highland Avenue intersection – review analysis and recommendation from the police department
Weiss Avenue Traffic – review analysis and recommendation from the police department
Bethlehem Pike at Brookside Road – review analysis and recommendation from PennDOT
Ambulance Services – general discussion on the responses to the RFP for ambulance services and next steps
Resolution No. 1446 – recognizing and thanking Sgt. Raymond Potter for 48 years of service in the Springfield Township Police Department
